Trevor Busch
Trevor started in the construction industry as an electrical apprentice, after taking the full electrical program at Red River College and apprenticing, transitioned to the trade of Sprinkler-Fitter. Trevor spent 12 years installing, servicing, and inspecting Sprinkler systems, fire pumps, backflow preventors, foams systems etc.
In 2012, Trevor took on a new role of Life Safety Inspections Manager for Manitoba and Saskatchewan for Tyco corporation. In 2017, Trevor joined Freedom Fire Inc, as a Managing Partner of Sprinkler Services. 5 years were spent growing the division and the company.
In 2022, Trevor Founded Freedom Sprinkler Inc., a spinoff of Freedom Fire Inc’s Sprinkler Construction division. Same people, same team, same philosophy.
Mike S.
Mike started in the sprinkler industry in 2008 and proceeded to become a journeyman in 2012. Shortly after obtaining his red seal, he transitioned into a project management role. From there, Mike moved on to be the Foreman for the sprinkler division at Tyco corporation, and in 2018, Mike joined Freedom Fire Inc as Sprinkler Foreman.
In 2022, Mike transitioned to being a Managing Partner – Field operations at newly founded Freedom Sprinkler Inc.
